This policy explains what Midnight Futures collects and why. The short version: as little as possible.
What we collect
- Server logs. Our host records standard web-server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. They are retained for a limited period and not used for marketing.
- Cookies. The site uses a cookie-consent tool and may set functional cookies. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies in the banner and change your choice at any time.
- Analytics. Google Analytics runs only after you accept analytics cookies in the banner. It is configured without advertising features and no analytics data is sold.
- Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence to reply to you. We do not add you to a list without asking.
- Embedded video. Stream replays are embedded from YouTube, which sets its own cookies when you press play and has its own privacy policy.
Third parties
Links to TradingView, Bookmap, TickStrike, Financial Juice, TradeZella, prop firms, and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies. Affiliate links may pass a referral identifier to those sites so the referral can be credited. We do not receive your personal details from those purchases.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to processing by emailing info@vwap.biz.
